George King is an experimental psychologist by training. He received a Bachelor’s degree from Emory University, a Master’s degree from Washington State University and a Doctoral degree from SUNY at Stony Brook. He has been on the faculty of Duke University Medical School, the University of North Texas and Texas Christian University. While at those institutions, he conducted research on the behavioral neuropharmacology of cocaine abuse. He is currently the Administrative Officer for Research for the Department of Psychiatry at the John. A. Burns School of Medicine.
