Keoki Fraser graduated from The University of Arizona in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology.  Hi s interest includes working with community members and groups to help improve programs and services that work with youth.  He is particularly interested in education, health, and culture.  Keoki is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology degree from Chaminade University in Honolulu with the hopes of being a program director and counselor.  He has been with the Department of Psychiatry since 2006.
