Randy Bautista, B.A. is a graduate of University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He has been with the center since February 2009--first as a Student and Research Assistant, and now as a Research Associate. He is currently assisting on several surveillance projects where his primary duties include statistical analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of data and community outreach efforts. He is looking to pursue a doctoral degree in Education some time in the near future. His primary research interest lies in measurement and evaluation in education.
